To implement the spirit of the city's 2023 work mobilization conference and promote specific actions for high-quality economic development, on March 8, Chen Mingxia, deputy director of Weihai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, led a team including Dong Yanfei, director of the office of Weihai Public Employment and Talent Service Center, and Ren Yujie, director of the college graduate service section, to conduct a visit and investigation to Weihai Dican Textile and Garment Co., Ltd. with policies and services.

During the visit, Deputy Director Chen of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau inquired about needs, sought advice, and assessed effectiveness; she delivered policies and services and conducted in-depth communication with the relevant responsible persons of the enterprise. She visited the company's exhibition hall and went deep into the workshops and frontline teams to comprehensively understand Dichang Textile's production and operation status, personnel structure, and employment needs, as well as the development trend of the enterprise's HR management, tracked the implementation of HR management policies benefiting enterprises, and the administrative efficiency of the departments under its jurisdiction; she listened to problems and appeals, offered suggestions and advice, and worked with Dichang to jointly promote green, low-carbon, and high-quality development.
Through the visit, it was learned that Dichang is a textile and garment company integrating industry and trade with diversified markets, and it has always adhered to building a harmonious labor employment management system. Through the visit, the enterprise also gained beneficial enterprise policies in HR. In the future, the enterprise will continue to deepen the establishment and improvement of the HR management system, ensuring the company's sustainable operation while benefiting employees.
